Family First Homecare is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Manager to join our dedicated team in West Palm Beach, FL. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for pediatric care and the organizational expertise to support a team of clinicians delivering one-on-one care in the home setting.

Position Overview:

The RN Clinical Manager will oversee the delivery of clinical services to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and excellence in patient care. This role requires a dynamic, solution-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of two (2) years pediatric homecare experience
• NICU/PICU experience preferred
• At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Working knowledge of home care regulatory and federal requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Proficiency with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent care required
• Unencumbered RN license in Florida or multi-state license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking ability
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proven experience in staff training, supervision, and clinical oversight
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems
• Ability to travel locally to Family First offices and patient homes as needed
